Every tracker need to be sticked to a website. It is allowed to have one voice tracker in several subdomains, but not on a different websites. Voxpow perform a check - if the requests are comming from the root domain, inserted in tracker on creation.
Voice Search is a single action, performed by a customer on your website. It is an important metric, as the voice tracker can have some limitations and additional cost per voice search.
When a user opens the Voxpow tracker and says something, the whole sentence is counter as voice search. No matter if he says one word and stops or says a long sentence, they are still counted as one voice search request. So basically the pause is the separator, differentiating the different voice requests.
Voice command is triggered action on your website, fired by a user voice search.
In the admin dashboard, you can set up different types of commands and actions according to them. In other words, commands are instructions that you set in the Voxpow dashboard. We were then producing configuration files and spread the instructions to servers in various locations around the globe.
Is the ability to use the Voice Tracker as a method for typing in text fields. The visitor of your website can click the Voxpow Tracker baloon and then hover into a text or input field. It will see that text on the tracker will change and text will be inserted in the field, as he speeks.
Enable this option if you want to give more control of that how visitors can type in your site. If this setting is turned off - speech recognition will only work to search on the website, but not try to identify text fields. That could be helpful for some cases, but most of the time, you will want to provide your customers also the ability to type with voice.
This option control if Voxpow should keep track of the user searches. All types of user-related data are saved in the form of plain text. We are not keeping the real voices of the customer.
If this setting is switched on, we are trying to keep all user searches on your website. It is included searches via the search URL, sending voice commands, or even typing in text fields. Most likely, you will want to have this option enabled, as it will give you the additional benefit to analyze what your customer wants and how they interact with your website.
It is a collection of Search Documents or indexable parts of your website. You can perform searches in different Search Indexes. The documents inside should be grouped by some attribute - page type, page purpose, category, or something else. You are allowed to add multiple Search Indexes per tracker, and searching is against all of them.
Indexable parts of your website. It is a JSON struct with the information where the actual search is performing. Depending on your page structure, it should contain a meta title, description, body, and main image.
Sentiment analysis (also known as opinion mining or emotion AI) refers to the use of natural language processing, text analysis, computational linguistics, and biometrics to systematically identify, extract, quantify, and study affective states and subjective information. Voxpow performs such analysis of every user search if the language is supported. Aggregated or single statistics are available in the tracker statistics.
