Save user searches

Saving user searches can help you to understand what your visitors are searching. That is crucial for setting the voice command, which should match the customer search intent. Saving the searches is optional, and you can disable it from the admin section. All the voice searches are in plain text; no audio is stored.

In the information about the searches, you will also see:

  • Received - when the search is performed;
  • User Agent - to identify device and operating system;
  • Where is made - the page where the search is performed.
